Warranty
Every Heataproduct is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What's not covered
Damage from accident, misuse, modification, or neglect. Normal wear and tear. Use outside the conditions described in the instruction manual (for example: using an outdoor heater indoors, or vice versa).
How to make a warranty claim
Email us at shopifyteam@abmglobal.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We'll respond within 2 business days.
If the product needs to be returned for assessment, we'll provide a return shipping label. Repaired or replacement units are dispatched within 5 business days of receiving the faulty unit.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
